High Cross Modular Buildings have been designed to minimise the effect on the environment.
The modular construction process enables us to dramatically reduce material waste by purchasing ‘cut to size’ materials.
The range of materials incorporated into the assembly lend themselves to re-cycling by having dedicated waste skips for steel, timber, copper, paper etc.
The assembly involves a radical reduction in the use of water & electric power by the use of dry assembly & air tools.
The minor amount of non-recyclable items are collected by registered disposal specialists.
