From consultation with the project architect, High Cross will produce design/structural & heat-loss calculations for the complete modular building & the foundations.

Once approved assembly begins at the Norfolk factory.

All specialist trades including floor layers, partitions/ceilings, plumbers, electricians etc are planned into the sequence building of the modules.

Inspection of the modules by the architect & client is encouraged as assembly progresses at the factory.

Liaison with the main contractor on site to co-ordinate the process.

Final quality inspection prior to delivery & site installation reduces ‘snags’.
